Anh Giàng Châu - người Mông sinh ra và lớn lên ở Sao Cô Sỉn (xã Nấm Lư - Mường Khương - Lào Cai) thuộc từng quả đồi, từng cánh rừng sa mộc ở thôn vùng cao này. Những năm tháng nhọc nhằn làm nương, trồng ngô, cấy lúa… không làm anh nản chí, mà càng khiến anh thêm yêu lao động, yêu mảnh đất quê hương. Chính vì vậy, thay vì đi “bán” sức lao động ở bên kia biên giới, anh Châu cùng vợ quyết tâm biến nương ngô, bãi chăn thả gia súc, cánh rừng sa mộc thành điểm du lịch hấp dẫn.
