(BBK) - Phiêng Phàng là thôn vùng cao, cách trung tâm xã Yến Dương, huyện Ba Bể (Bắc Kạn) khoảng 7 km. Nơi đây vẫn còn giữ được sự mộc mạc, giàu bản sắc văn hóa của đồng bào Dao đỏ cùng vẻ đẹp thiên nhiên hoang sơ, là địa điểm có tiềm năng du lịch trải nghiệm, du lịch cộng đồng đang được các cấp chính quyền quan tâm, phát triển, qua đó góp phần nâng cao đời sống Nhân dân địa phương.

Đường lên Phiêng Phàng được tô điểm bởi những thửa ruộng bậc thang lúa chín rộ bên dưới là dòng suối trong xanh uốn lượn, mang đậm nét thu vùng cao.
