(ANTG) - Xã Phúc Trạch trước đây là một làng cổ, nằm ngay dưới chân dãy núi Giăng Màn thuộc huyện miền núi Hương Khê, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh. Nhắc đến vùng đất này là nhớ đến thương hiệu bưởi Phúc Trạch, loại quả từng được Liên minh Châu Âu bảo hộ chỉ dẫn địa lý và xây dựng hệ thống truy xuất nguồn gốc, bản đồ số sản phẩm.

Tuy nhiên, đó là câu chuyện của ngày hôm qua, bởi về Phúc Trạch hôm nay, từ đầu làng đến cuối xóm, người người nhà nhà, đều đào bỏ cây bưởi đã gắn bó nhiều năm, để trồng loại cây mới cho năng suất kinh tế cao hơn, là cây dó trầm. Phong trào trồng dó ở Hà Tĩnh và nghề đục trầm ở xã Phúc Trạch cũng từ đó mà thành.
